Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one client, three sites, unlimited audits, issue tracking, and every report type. No card required.
What does flat price, no seats mean?
You pay a flat price for the workspace, monthly or yearly. Seats are never sold individually: Solo is built for one practitioner, and Agency is one login today, rising to three once team invites ship. You are never billed for the seats that have not arrived.
What does in development mean on the comparison table?
Those features are being built now and are listed so you can see where each plan is heading. They are not part of today's product, and you are never billed for something that has not shipped.
Do reports cost extra?
No. Conformance reports and jurisdiction statements are included on every plan, including Free.
Are there usage quotas?
No. No audit counts, no page limits, on any plan. Run as many audits as the work requires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. Your data stays readable on the Free plan afterwards.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate: Solo at 374.40 USD per year, Agency at 950.40 USD per year. Billing is in USD through Stripe either way.
